Today's Real Meal post features steak with a garlic-chile oil alongside au gratin potatoes. My husband and I recently acquired a secret restaurant recipe cookbook and have been working our way through the recipes from our favorite restaurants. Our lastest selection was the au gratin potatoes recipe from Ruth's Chris Steak House. The Garlic-Chile Oil recipe is from Bobby Flay. Bon Appetit!
