Those peacock frames were purchased from Pier 1 Imports, but it was several years ago. I dont think they are available anymore, but that is who should be contacted for more info...good luck!
ZGallerie also carries a peacock frame very similar to the ones shown here. They will be a bit pricer than Pier 1. Try purchasing them online.
