Luck of the Irish Dinner

Try out the following menu idea for a St. Patrick's Day last minute/simple dinner party:

- Shamrock Green Peppers - a great appetizer when served with dip; also good for making this nutritious snack fun for kids
- Corned Beef and Carrots with a Marmalade-Whiskey Glaze - a quick and easy meal with Irish flair
- Leprechaun's Irish Coffee - a delicious Irish inspired coffee drink, good for St. Patrick's Day and all year round
- Chocolate Guinness Cake with Ganache and Cherries - a scrumptious dessert made with love from Irish favorite, Guinness
